The Harley and the Ivy by death-g-reaper The Harley and the Ivy by death-g-reaper
Watercolor painting of Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy.

I like the newer costume design for Harley used in the video games, but I really miss the jester hood, so I gave her low pigtails and a jester hat. I also miss the classic black and red, the blue and red just doesn't cut it for me. As for Ivy, that's another character that I really like the animated series version of. There are so few people that draw her fully clothed! DX SO I based it off the Bruce Timm costume design but added the leafy details.

I'm adding this to costume inspiration. I've got a skirt like that already, and I really love the blouse under the corset and the super long gloves.

This is great.
The colours are wonderful and I completely agree with you about Harley's jester cap.

My only niggle is that their poses look a little stiff, but everything else is excellent.

Really gorgeous work, love the effect of the watercolours (are they watercolour pencils?) and the attitude of the two that you've captured with their expressions and poses. Well done here!

Thanks! I do have watercolor pencils, but for this I just used normal watercolors and a brush.
