Rajani Luzia of the Dark Eyes

I was experimenting with taking the classic magical girl design and making it darker, when I remembered a magical girl I designed in fifth or sixth grade with an eye motif, from there on she designed herself. I personally like the wingtip boots and I wished I owned them. I couldn't think of a good name, so Rajani is a Hindu name meaning something about darkness, and Luzia is a form of Luccia, which is the saint who had her eyes gouged out.
